Shipping & Return Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 2-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Flanders, Belgium) after your order has been placed and payment confirmed. In this period of time, your products are carefully crafted, quality checked and packed, before handing it over to the shipment carrier.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order has been shipped, you can expect delivery within 1-3 business days. Please note that these are estimated delivery times and actual delivery may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination. We will provide tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs & Destinations

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the chosen shipping method.

We ship to all EU countries, as you will be able to see at checkout as well.

Return Eligibility

We only accept returns for products that are unopened and in their original, sealed packaging. Once a product has been opened, it is no longer eligible for return.

Return Period

In accordance with Belgian consumer law, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to initiate a return. This is often referred to as the "right of withdrawal" (herroepingsrecht).

Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within the 14-day return period at our contact page to inform us of your intent to return the product. Please include your order number and a clear explanation of why you wish to return the item.

  2. Upon receiving your return request, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product.

Return Shipping Costs

Please note that all costs associated with returning the product are the responsibility of the customer. This includes shipping fees and any other related expenses. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return, as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned product and verify that it is unopened and in its original, sealed packaging, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned item. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at our contact page with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the matter promptly.
